These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 777taz (hereinafter referred to as "777taz", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 777taz online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://777taz.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account, if one has been registered.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the operation of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 777taz or any associated operator programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 777taz, or an immediate family member of such a person.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria are met and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. 777taz reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4.1 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 777taz reserves the right to close all such accounts, void associated bets and withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. You must keep this information current and notify us promptly of any material changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777taz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify 777taz customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777taz may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or the closure of your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be considered. 777taz reserves the right to retain any real-money balance pending satisfactory completion of KYC or any ongoing investigation.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available solely for the personal, non-commercial entertainment use of eligible registered Users. You may access the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit or abuse any game, bonus offer, promotional mechanic or betting market;
• Use any automated software, bot, script, spider or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in collusion, chip-dumping or any other form of cooperative cheating with other players;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with Platform software or security measures;
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, location or any other material fact during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Register or operate more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, void of bets and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any civil or criminal liability that may arise.

5.3 Platform Availability

777taz endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times; however, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We accept no liability for losses attributed to Platform downtime.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 777taz at the time of the transaction. Familiar payment references in the Pakistani context include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The listing of these payment references does not imply that any named provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling activity on this Platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts legally held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the payment processing timelines applicable to the chosen withdrawal method. 777taz reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit.

Where a bonus has been credited to your Account, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are disclosed in the relevant bonus terms at the time of offer.

6.3 Currency

Transactions may be referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other currencies as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and may fluctuate.

777taz may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, reload promotions and loyalty rewards to eligible registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User, household, IP address and payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible contributing games are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
• 777taz reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has been misused or where technical errors have affected the integrity of the offer.
• Where a bonus has been credited as a result of a deposit made through a method that is later found to be ineligible, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may not exceed the maximum bonus win cap stated in the specific promotion terms. Any excess amount above the cap may be removed from the Account balance.
• Attempting to arbitrage, abuse or systematically exploit promotional offers is a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

In all cases of ambiguity or dispute relating to a promotional offer, the decision of 777taz shall be final.

8.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a reference number has been issued. Bets placed on markets that are displayed with erroneous odds — due to technical fault, manifest error or human error — may be voided by 777taz at our reasonable discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

8.2 Sports Betting

777taz offers sports betting markets across a range of disciplines. Cricket betting — including PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — forms a central part of the sports offering. Football, UFC and other international sporting events are also available. All sports markets are subject to applicable event-specific rules, which govern the outcome of bets in scenarios including match abandonment, postponement, player withdrawal and result reversal.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event, at the discretion of the trading team. 777taz accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension during live events.

8.4 Casino & Live Dealer

All casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer offerings, are subject to the individual game rules as presented within the game interface. Where a technical fault interrupts a game round, the applicable game provider's rules will govern the resolution of any disputed round outcome.

8.5 Void Bets

777taz reserves the right to void a bet where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, exploitation of a technical error, or where a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to the User's Account balance where no misconduct on the part of the User is established.

777taz is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or enforced breaks after specified periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying total session time and net session result.

All gaming and betting services on the Platform are strictly for adults. 777taz employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage access and will take immediate action — including Account closure — where underage use is identified.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, game mechanics and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777taz or its duly licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, adapted, reverse-engineered, scraped or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 777taz. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered User, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence is immediately revoked upon Account closure or suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777taz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity;
• Any losses resulting from technical faults, Platform downtime, data transmission errors or third-party service failures;
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Any action taken by payment processors, financial institutions or regulatory authorities in connection with your Account or transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

777taz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 777taz is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777taz is incorporated or licensed to operate. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with 777taz customer support, who will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to any relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority as appropriate.
